Job summary

Concessions International is seeking an entry-level or experienced cook to support high-volume kitchen operations, prepare and plate food per recipes, and maintain quality and safety standards in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months related experience or training preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking.

Responsibilities

• Cook, plate, and follow portion standards for food products.
• Review daily pull and prep lists to organize activities.
• Cook and store food at required temperatures; label and rotate products.
• Prepare items from scratch using company recipes.
• Test foods for proper cooking standards by tasting, smelling, or using tools.
• Monitor and maintain proper cooking temperatures for grills, fryers, ovens, broilers, and roasters.
• Keep the food prep area clean; sanitize equipment and workstations.
