Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent customer experience from the first phone call to final handoff.
• Build relationships, present work, coordinate repairs, and keep customers informed.
• Coordinate with Store Manager and technicians to move work and maintain organized repair orders.
• Explain inspection findings, repairs, and maintenance priorities in clear language.
• Review completed work, explain the invoice, and follow up on future service needs.
