Your role: Working alongside our Store Manager, you’ll help deliver an excellent customer experience from the first phone call to the final handoff. You’ll build relationships, present work, coordinate repairs, and help customers feel confident about their decisions.

What you’ll take ownership of:

• Make customers feel welcome. Listen carefully, ask the right questions, and accurately document their concerns.
• Make the work understandable. Explain inspection findings, recommended repairs, and maintenance priorities in clear, everyday language.
• Build estimates that are ready to sell. Coordinate parts, labor, pricing, and availability with attention to detail.
• Present recommendations with confidence. Explain the value, address questions, and secure customer authorization.
• Stay ahead of the callback. Keep customers updated on progress, changes, and completion times.
• Help the team keep work moving. Coordinate with our Store Manager and technicians, track approvals, and maintain organized repair orders.
• Give customers a reason to return. Review completed work, explain the invoice, and follow up on future service needs.

Previous automotive service advisor or service writer experience is required.

You should be comfortable managing multiple repair orders, discussing vehicle repairs and maintenance, and guiding customers through estimates and approvals.
