Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to support the accounting team in Metuchen, NJ on a temporary basis for up to three months.

The role covers end-to-end AP processes, vendor management, 3-way matching, and assisting with month-end close. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of AP experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience with strong focus on Accounts Payable.
• Experience with end-to-end AP processes including three-way matching.
• ERP system experience; NetSuite a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy, coding, approvals and payment.
• Perform three-way matching of POs, receipts and invoices.
• Process employee expense reimbursements per policy.
• Prepare weekly payment runs (checks, wires, card).
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor records and W-9/1099 data.
• Assist with month-end close and AP accruals.
• Maintain organized AP documentation and respond to inquiries.
