OnTrac is seeking part-time seasonal staff for early-morning warehouse shifts in Miami, FL. Earn $18 per hour while unloading, sorting, and moving packages in a fast-paced environment. Shifts run across Mon-Fri or Tue-Sat or Sun-Wed with various start times, and the season lasts from 11/7/2026 to 1/1/2027, with a $500 seasonal bonus.

No prior warehouse experience is required; training is provided. Eligible for paid sick leave and seasonal bonuses, with weekly pay and flexible shift options.

• Keep the workspace organized and ready for action.
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.

THE QUICK FACTS

Location: 13190 NW 17th St, Miami, FL 33182

Pay: $18

Part-Time:(around 24-32 hours weekly)

• Monday through Friday, 1:30AM to 7:00AM or End of Sort
• Tuesday through Saturday, 2:00AM to 8:30AM or End of Sort
• Sunday through Wednesday, 2:00AM to 8:30AM or End of Sort

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean‑up activities, as directed by site management.

Season Duration*: 11/7/2026 to 1/1/2027

Seasonal Bonus*: $500

THE JOB: YOUR PAID WORKOUT

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout your shift
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages
• Work in hot or cold environments as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment
• Keep your workspace organized and ready for action
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Be able to meet applicable pre‑employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Ability to perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• No previous warehouse experience required. We’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
