Job summary

OnTrac in Romulus, MI seeks seasonal warehouse helpers to unload, sort, and load packages during pre-dawn shifts. The schedule runs roughly 22–28 hours per week across 4–5 days, with shifts from 3:00 AM to 8:30 AM or until end of sort, and a $17.00 per hour pay rate.

No warehouse experience is required; training is provided. This temporary assignment runs from 10/27/2026 to 01/01/2027 with a $500 seasonal bonus and weekly pay, plus standard benefits where applicable.

• Keep workspace organized and help packages reach their destinations on time.

THE QUICK FACTS

• Pay: $17.00/hr
• Shifts Hours: 3:00 AM to 8:30 AM or End of Sort.
• (Variable days; approximately 4-5 days/week, 22-28 hours total)
• Hours may vary based on business needs.
• “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

THE JOB: YOUR PAID WORKOUT

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout your shift
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages
• Work in hot or cold environments as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment
• Keep your workspace organized and ready for action
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Be able to meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Ability to perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• No previous warehouse experience required. We’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
