Job summary

OnTrac is seeking a seasonal warehouse associate in Orlando, FL, to safely unload, sort, move, and load packages during shifts from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM across Mon-Thu and Fri-Sun. The role involves lifting 30–50 pounds, standing long hours, and working in varied warehouse temperatures.

Hourly pay is $16 with a $1 weekend differential. The season runs 11/7/2026 through 1/1/2027, with potential for opportunities beyond the season and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Be able to meet pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Ability to repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• No previous warehouse experience required. We’ll provide the training you need to succeed.

• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages
• Work in hot or cold environments as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment
• Keep your workspace organized and ready for action
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time

THE QUICK FACTS

Location: 2559 Consulate Drive, Orlando, FL 32819

Pay: $16 (Shift differential rate of $1.00 per hour for all time worked on Friday, Saturday and Sunday)

Full/Part-Time: (around 24-32 hours weekly)

Monday to Thursday, 10:00AM to 3:00PM or End of Sort
Friday to Sunday, 10:00AM to 3:00PM or End of Sort

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

Season Duration*: 11/7/2026 to 1/1/2027

Seasonal Bonus*: $500
