Job summary

OnTrac is hiring for a seasonal part-time position in Randolph, MA. The role involves unloading, sorting, and moving packages up to 50 pounds, with varying shifts Monday through Saturday. The season runs from late October to early January, offering weekly pay and opportunities for additional holiday money.

No warehouse experience is required; training will be provided. Candidates must be 18+, authorized to work in the US, and able to work weekends or holidays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing 30–50 pounds independently throughout your shift
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages
• Work in hot or cold environments and keep workspace organized for efficiency
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time

THE QUICK FACTS

Pay: $19

Part-Time: (approximately 4-5 days/week, 20-25 hours total)

5:00AM to 10:30AM or End of Sort

• Monday through Friday
• Sunday through Thursday
• Tuesday through Saturday
• Wednesday through Sunday
• Thursday through Monday
• Friday through Tuesday
• Saturday through Wednesday

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

THE JOB: YOUR PAID WORKOUT

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout your shift
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds

• Work in hot or cold environments as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment
• Keep your workspace organized and ready for action
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Be able to meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Ability to perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• No previous warehouse experience required. We’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
