Job summary

OnTrac is hiring for a seasonal warehouse position in Stoneham, MA. The role is part-time, approximately 25–30 hours per week, with shifts from 3:45 AM to 9:30 AM or end of sort. Candidates must be 18+, authorized to work in the U.S., and able to lift 30–50 pounds as needed.

Seasonal bonus and weekly pay are part of the package. Season runs from 10/27/2026 to 1/1/2027. No prior warehouse experience is required as training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Be able to meet pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Ability to repeatedly lift packages up to 50 pounds.
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• No previous warehouse experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 50 pounds during your shift.
• Participate in team lifts for heavier packages as needed.
• Stand and walk for extended periods while handling shipments.
• Keep your workspace organized and ready for action.
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.

Job description

THE QUICK FACTS

Location: 200 Fallon Road, Stoneham, MA, 02180

Pay: $19.50

Part-Time: (approximately 4-5 days/week, 25-30 hours total)

3:45AM to 9:30AM or End of Sort

• Monday through Friday
• Thursday through Sunday
• Saturday through Wednesday

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

Season Duration: 10/27/2026 to 1/1/2027

Seasonal Bonus: $500

THE JOB: YOUR PAID WORKOUT

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout your shift
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages
• Work in hot or cold environments as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment
• Keep your workspace organized and ready for action
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Be able to meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Ability to perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• No previous warehouse experience required. We’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
