Job summary

OnTrac is seeking a seasonal part-time warehouse associate in Tampa. Shifts run overnight across several 4–5 day workweeks, with 24–30 hours per week. Tasks include unloading, sorting, lifting packages, and assisting with movement to destinations.

Requirements include being 18+, authorized to work in the U.S., dependability, the ability to pass pre-employment checks, and the capacity to lift up to 50 pounds. Seasonal bonus of $500 is offered.

Qualifications

• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Be able to meet pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Ability to repeatedly lift packages and stand/walk/bend for long periods.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures and overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing 30–50 pounds independently.
• Participate in team lifts for packages up to 50 pounds.
• Stand and walk for extended periods during your shift.
• Maintain an organized workspace and assist in ensuring on-time package delivery.

THE QUICK FACTS

Location: 3608 Queen Palm Drive, Building A, Tampa, FL 33619

Pay: $16

Part-Time: (Variable days; approximately 4–5 days/week, 24–30 hours total)

• Tuesday through Saturday, 1:00AM to 8:00AM or End of Sort
• Thursday through Monday, 1:00AM to 8:00AM or End of Sort
• Sunday through Wednesday, 1:00AM to 8:00AM or End of Sort

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

Season Duration*: 11/7/2026 to 1/1/2027

THE JOB: YOUR PAID WORKOUT

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout your shift
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages
• Work in hot or cold environments as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment
• Keep your workspace organized and ready for action
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Be able to meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Ability to perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• No previous warehouse experience required. We’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
