OnTrac is hiring for a seasonal, part-time warehouse associate in Fairfield, Ohio. You will unload, sort, move, and load packages, often lifting up to 50 pounds, with overtime eligible as needed. Training is provided, no prior warehouse experience required, and weekly pay is emphasized.

Shifts run early morning with 4–5 days per week and total weekly hours around 22–28. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance, with potential opportunities beyond the season.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Dependable and available for scheduled shift, including weekends/holidays when needed.
• Able to meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks and lift up to 50 lb.
• No previous warehouse experience required.

Weekly Pay - No Experience Required

Location:

105 Mercantile Drive, Suite 100, Fairfield, OH 45014

Pay:

$17.00/hr

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Employment Type:

Shift:

3:30 AM to 8:00 AM or End of Sort. Variable days; approximately 4-5 days/week

Typical Shift Length:

Approximately 22-27.5 hours total

End times may vary based on package volume and business needs.

THE JOB: YOUR PAID WORKOUT

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Be able to meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Ability to perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• No previous warehouse experience required. We’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
