Job summary

OnTrac in Stamford is seeking seasonal part-time team members for overnight shifts (2:30AM–7:30AM). You will safely unload, sort, move, and load packages, standing/walking for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds. Training provided; no prior warehouse experience required.

Shifts are roughly 25–30 hours per week, with weekly pay and flexible options. The season runs from late October to early January, with potential opportunities beyond the season based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Able to pass pre-employment checks where permitted.
• Able to lift/move packages up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Unload, sort, move, and load packages up to 30–50 pounds during shift.
• Participate in team lifts for heavier items.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures and keep workspace organized.
• Ensure packages reach their destination on time.

Part-Time: (approximately 4-5 days/week, 25-30 hours total)

2:30AM to 7:30AM or "End of Sort"

• Sunday through Thursday
• Saturday through Wednesday
• Friday through Tuesday
• Thursday through Monday

Hours may vary based on business needs. "End of Sort" is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

THE JOB: YOUR PAID WORKOUT

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30-50 pounds independently throughout your shift
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages
• Work in hot or cold environments as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment
• Keep your workspace organized and ready for action
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Be able to meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Ability to perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• No previous warehouse experience required. We'll provide the training you need to succeed.
