Job summary

OnTrac in Fort Myers is seeking a Seasonal Package Handler for overnight shifts (2:00AM–7:30AM or End of Sort). You will unload, sort and load packages as part of a tight-knit team, helping thousands of parcels move toward their next destination during the holiday rush. No prior warehouse experience is required; training is provided.

Starting pay is $16 per hour with overtime eligibility and a seasonal bonus. Location: 16171 Premiere Park Dr, Fort Myers, FL 33913.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Available for weekend or holiday shifts.
• Complete pre-employment requirements including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Unload, sort, move and load packages weighing 30–50 pounds independently.
• Participate in team lifts for packages up to 50 pounds.
• Keep packages organized and moving safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and be ready for action.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure packages reach their destination on time.

Pay: $16 This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Shift: Tuesday through Saturday or Saturday through Wednesday or Sunday through Thursday | 2:00AM to 7:30AM or End of Sort
Typical Shift Length: Approximately 5 hours
End times may vary based on package volume and business needs.

Season Duration*: 10/30/2026 to 1/1/2027

This is an active, hands-on job where you’ll work alongside your team to keep thousands of packages moving toward their next destination.

During your shift, you’ll:

• Keep your work area organized and ready for action
• Work as part of a team to help packages reach their next destination safely and on time

What You’ll Need

To join our team, you’ll need to:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require

Physical Requirements

This is an active warehouse role. With or without reasonable accommodation, you must be able to:

• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull and squat while handling packages
• Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout your shift
• Work in hot or cold environments, as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment

Premium Holiday Pay

• Premium pay for hours worked on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
