Job summary

OnTrac is hiring for a Seasonal Package Handler in West Palm Beach, FL. The role offers weekly pay, a seasonal bonus, and flexible shift options. No experience required; training is provided. The position runs during a defined season from 11/02/2026 to 1/01/2027 with potential opportunities beyond the season.

You will work a 7–8 hour shift (times vary) and help unload, sort, and move packages up to 30–50 pounds as part of a team. Weekends or holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.

Responsibilities

• This is an active, hands-on job where you'll work alongside your team to keep thousands of packages moving toward their next destination.
• During your shift, you'll safely unload, sort, move and load packages weighing up to 30-50 pounds independently.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep packages organized and moving safely and efficiently.
• Keep your work area organized and ready for action.
• Work as part of a team to help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.

Location: 362 North Haverhill, Suite 100, West Palm Beach, FL 33415

Pay: $16 This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Employment Type: Seasonal[Part-Time]

Shift

Shift: Friday through Tuesday or Monday through Thursday or Wednesday through Sunday | 1:30AM to 8AM or End of Sort

Typical Shift Length: Approximately 7 - 8 hours

End times may vary based on package volume and business needs.

Physical Requirements

This is an active warehouse role. With or without reasonable accommodation, you must be able to:

• Repeatedly lift packages as described above


• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift


• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull and squat while handling packages


• Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout your shift


• Work in hot or cold environments, as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment

Premium Holiday Pay

• Premium pay for hours worked on New Years Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
