Job summary

OnTrac is hiring a Seasonal Package Handler in Phoenix, AZ. The role offers overtime when needed and weekly pay during the holiday season. Shift options are available from morning hours with multiple schedules, and training is provided for those with no prior warehouse experience.

You will unload, sort, and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds as part of a team to ensure timely delivery during the season. Eligible for a seasonal bonus in some locations.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Meet pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move and load packages weighing 30–50 pounds.
• Participate in team lifts for packages up to 50 pounds.
• Keep packages organized and moving safely and efficiently.
• Keep your work area organized and ready for action.
• Work as part of a team to help packages reach their destination safely and on time.

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Typical Shift Length: Approximately 4 hours
End times may vary based on package volume and business needs.

What You’ll Need

To join our team, you’ll need to:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require

Physical Requirements

This is an active warehouse role. With or without reasonable accommodation, you must be able to:

• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull and squat while handling packages
• Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout your shift
• Work in hot or cold environments, as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment

Premium Holiday Pay

• Premium pay for hours worked on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
