Join OnTrac as a Seasonal Package Handler in Fort Mill, SC, helping keep thousands of packages moving during the holiday season. Earn $18.00 per hour, with a $1.00 differential for Friday–Sunday shifts.

Seasonal bonuses and weekly pay are part of the package, with full training provided and potential opportunities beyond the season. Shifts run Mon–Fri and Sat–Sun, about 9 hours per day, with start times typically at 3:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.

Pay: $18.00/hr plus $1.00 pay differential for shifts worked on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

End times may vary based on package volume and business needs.

What You’ll Need

To join our team, you’ll need to:

• Be at least 18 years old

Physical Requirements

This is an active warehouse role. With or without reasonable accommodation, you must be able to:

• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull and squat while handling packages
• Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout your shift
• Work in hot or cold environments, as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment

Premium Holiday Pay

• Premium pay for hours worked on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
