Job summary

OnTrac is hiring seasonal package handlers in Jacksonville, FL. This part-time seasonal position includes a weekly pay schedule, overtime eligibility, and a starting wage of $16 per hour.

Shifts run mid-evening to early morning and require the physical ability to lift 30–50 pounds. You’ll be trained and supported as you unload, sort, and move thousands of packages each night, helping them reach their destinations on time during the holiday season.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends/holidays when needed.
• Meet pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Unload, sort, move and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep packages organized and moving safely and efficiently.
• Keep work area organized and ready for action.
• Work as part of a team to help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.

Pay: $16 This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Employment Type: Seasonal[Part-Time]

Shift: Wednesday through Sunday or Friday through Tuesday or Saturday through Wednesday or Tuesday through Saturday | 2:00AM to 6:00AM or End of Sort Typical Shift Length: Approximately 4 - 5 hours End times may vary based on package volume and business needs.

What You’ll Need

To join our team, you’ll need to:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require

Physical Requirements

This is an active warehouse role. With or without reasonable accommodation, you must be able to:

• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull and squat while handling packages
• Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout your shift
• Work in hot or cold environments, as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment

Premium Holiday Pay

• Premium pay for hours worked on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
