OnTrac in Franklin, MA is seeking a Seasonal Package Handler to support holiday operations. Earn $19 per hour with weekly pay, flexible shifts, and a Seasonal Bonus potential. No experience required; training is provided.

You'll unload, sort, and load packages up to 30-50 pounds, participate in team lifts up to 50 pounds, and help keep operations moving efficiently. This is a temporary seasonal role with opportunities depending on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to ensure on-time delivery.

Pay: $19

Employment Type: Seasonal [Part-Time]

Shift: Wednesday through Sunday or Saturday through Wednesday | 2:30AM to 8:30AM or End of Sort

Typical Shift Length: Approximately 5 hours

End times may vary based on package volume and business needs.

Season Duration*: 10/30/2026 to 1/1/2027

This is an active, hands-on job where you'll work alongside your team to keep thousands of packages moving toward their next destination.

During your shift, you'll:

• Safely unload, sort, move and load packages weighing up to 30-50 pounds independently

• Keep packages organized and moving safely and efficiently
• Keep your work area organized and ready for action
• Work as part of a team to help packages reach their next destination safely and on time

What You'll Need

To join our team, you'll need to:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require

Physical Requirements

This is an active warehouse role. With or without reasonable accommodation, you must be able to:

• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull and squat while handling packages
• Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout your shift
• Work in hot or cold environments, as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment

Premium Holiday Pay

• Premium pay for hours worked on New Year's Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
