Job summary

Regal is seeking staff for Box Office, Concession, and Usher roles to deliver exceptional guest service. You will handle ticket sales, upsell premium experiences, promote Crown Club, and enforce MPAA ratings.

Roles may include flexible hours, with responsibilities spanning opening/closing duties, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring food safety where applicable. Training and cast certification completion are expected.

Qualifications

• Completed cast certification program as cast member or progress towards completion.
• Alcohol training where applicable and Regal Responsible Beverage Server training.
• Good public speaking and effective listening abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate Box Office POS and manage cash, cards, and gift cards accurately.
• Promote Regal Crown Club and upsell Premium Viewing experiences (3D, RPX, IMAX).
• Ensure tickets align with MPAA ratings and company policy.
• Handle guest inquiries politely and respond to phone questions per guest service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in theatre areas and restrooms.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and support concessions and usher tasks.
