H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist in Woodland, WA.

You will greet clients, manage check-ins, schedule appointments, and connect customers with the appropriate tax professional to ensure a smooth, professional experience. The role is in-person and requires strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities, with evenings and weekend availability during tax season.

Formación

• Experience working in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and serve clients professionally.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities throughout the day.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfort using basic computer programs and digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Teams and scheduling systems).
• Availability to work evenings and weekends during tax season.

Responsabilidades

• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and match clients with the right tax professional based on their needs.
• Manage client check-in and intake processes, including scanning and organizing documents.

• Collaborate with tax professionals and team members to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality, discretion, and care.
