Aufgaben

• Serve as first point of contact for clients with professional, friendly assistance.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule client appointments with accurate calendars.
• Communicate appointment needs and tax prep processes to clients.
• Liaise between clients and tax preparers for timely communication.
• Assist with client intake, questionnaires, and document collection.
• Organize, scan, upload, and maintain confidential documents.
• Update client information and workflow statuses using TaxDome.
• Coordinate with tax preparers to ensure file readiness.
• Perform general administrative duties including email, data entry, filing.
• Maintain a professional, organized front-office environment.
