Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• PTIN and tax preparation experience preferred.
• 1 year of supervisory experience desirable.
• Proficient with Excel, Word and basic tax software.

Responsibilities

• Supervises seasonal hourly staff at a single location or kiosk.
• Coordinates recruiting, interviewing and hiring at locations when applicable.
• Maximizes customer service and sales.
• Performs administrative functions and schedules.
• Monitors performance and ensures quality standards and deadlines.
• Maintains filing system for tax returns and prints client checks.
