Job summary

Five Below in Belton, MO is seeking a dynamic Crew Supervisor to wow customers and lead store associates. You will train crew on the BEST customer service experience, open/close the store, secure cash, and coordinate merchandising and daily operations to ensure fast, friendly service.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and one year of management experience, with flexibility for day, evening, weekends, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent; College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew provide WOW customer service at checkout.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily store activities and staff performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, locks, alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive sales and control expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stockroom organization.
