Job summary

Five Below is seeking a team-oriented leader to supervise daily store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will lead crew members, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain stock readiness to maximize sales and efficiency.

You will train associates, support opening/closing procedures, and collaborate with the leadership team to optimize merchandising and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members provide WOW customer service through personal interaction.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience to ensure fast, friendly check-out.
• Oversees daily store activities and staff performance; ensures excellent customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep floor inventory ready.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations, staff, and urgent issues; may open/close the store.
