This position requires a high school diploma, 1 year of management experience, and strong communication. Flexible schedule including weekends; starting wage at $11.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wow customers with friendly, fast checkout and service.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience and store policies.
• Oversee daily store activities and staff performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations and emergencies.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, and set alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive sales and control expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Perform store maintenance and housekeeping.
