Job summary

Five Below in Southlake, TX is seeking a Seasonal Support Lead (Part Time). The role trains crew on the BEST customer service and leads daily store operations, ensuring a fast, friendly checkout and a WOW customer experience.

You will assist with stock, merchandising, opening/closing duties, and operations while supporting the leadership team. You should have a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ years of management experience, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes customers and ensures a WOW customer experience through personal interactions.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience and fast, friendly check-out.
• Oversees daily store activities and ensures staff perform duties with excellent service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking shelves for efficient placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, managing store operations and staff.
• Occasionally opens or closes the store, handles cash, and maintains secure operations.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
• Collaborates with leadership on merchandising and recovery strategies.
• Performs routine store maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
