Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store supervisor/crew lead to wow customers with friendly service and guide daily store operations. You will train associates, oversee cash handling and safety procedures, and help maintain stock and merchandising standards.

The role requires good communication, multitasking, and a flexible schedule to cover day, evening and weekend shifts, with opportunities for advancement within the Five Below team.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Wow customers through personal contact and ensure a fast, friendly checkout.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty and take responsibility for store operations and staff.
• Open/close the store; secure cash, set alarms, and ensure daily readiness.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by merchandising and staff performance.
