Job summary

Five Below is seeking a hands-on leader to manage daily store operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee sales floor activity, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures while coaching associates in product knowledge and policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Wows the customer through personal contact and trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure high-quality customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick shelf placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations and staff management.
• Manage opening/closing duties, cash handling, doors, alarms, and daily readiness.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising and performance.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and World Recovery processes.
• Perform store maintenance including cleaning and stockroom upkeep.
