Job summary

Five Below is seeking a capable store crew leader to wow customers through friendly service and efficient checkout. You'll train crew, oversee daily store operations, and step in as Manager on Duty to address issues and ensure a smooth day.

You will assist with receiving, stock organization, merchandising, and driving sales while managing expenses. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and composure under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, college experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience in retail or similar.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.
• Creative thinking to enhance customer experience and store performance.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and friendly service.
• Trains crew on customer experience and store policies.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and operations.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking for sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed and manages opening/closing.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training to improve performance.
• Drives sales and controls expenses via merchandising and staffing.
