Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Crew Manager to WOW customers through friendly service and to lead store operations with energy and accountability. You will train associates, oversee daily activities, assist with receiving and stocking, and act as Manager on Duty as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Applicants should have at least a High School diploma, 1+ years of management experience, and strong communication skills. Flexible scheduling, including weekends, is required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends; may include overnight shifts and travel.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact; trains crew on BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily store activities; ensures staff perform duties and provide excellent service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking; ensures items are on floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty; handles store operations, staff, and urgent issues.
• Open/close duties including cash handling, alarms, and security for smooth operations.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates; improves performance.
• Drives sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and service.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising and procedures.
• Maintains store cleanliness and stockroom organization.
