Five Below is seeking an hourly Manager-on-Duty level leader in Salisbury, MD. This role oversees daily store operations, trains crew on top-notch customer service, and drives sales while managing staff and inventory.

The candidate will supervise opening/closing duties, security, and compliance with policies, while supporting associates in a fast-paced retail environment. Requirements include a high school diploma (college experience preferred) and at least 1 year of management experience, with

• Ensure crew members wow the customer through personal contact.
• Train the crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for fast placement on sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations and staff.
• Open or close the store when needed, secure cash and alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and performance.
