Job summary

Five Below is seeking an hourly Store Leader to supervise crew, train on the BEST customer service, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will assist with receiving stock, open/close duties, onboarding, and driving sales while controlling expenses.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew wow the customer through personal contact.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates for performance and service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and organizing stock.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Open or close the store, handling cash and security.
• Support onboarding and training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and service.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising and operations.
• Perform store maintenance and housekeeping duties.
