Job summary

Five Below is seeking an energetic hourly Store Manager to lead daily store operations in our Washington area location. You will supervise crew, train staff on customer service excellence, oversee inventory, and act as the Manager on Duty as needed.

The role requires at least 1 year of management experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong communication skills. Expect a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling and a focus on sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and service.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates for quality service.
• Assists with receiving and stocking to keep floor ready.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Opens or closes the store and handles cash and security.
• Supports onboarding and training to improve performance.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses via merchandising and staff.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Performs store maintenance and housekeeping.
