Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and wow customers with friendly, fast service.
• Train crew on customer service standards.
• Oversee daily store activities and staff performance.
• Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Occasionally open or close the store and handle cash and security.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive sales and control expenses through merchandising and supervision.
• Collaborate with store leadership on operations and procedures.
