Job summary

Five Below is seeking an energetic leader to oversee store operations and mentor a team of crew members. You will ensure exceptional customer service at checkout, train staff on the BEST customer experience, and manage daily store activities to maintain high standards.

The role requires prior management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Weekend availability and flexible scheduling are expected.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew deliver WOW customer service through personal contact.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience and efficient checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates to ensure performance and service quality.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking of new merchandise on the floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and staff management.
