Job summary

Five Below is seeking an hourly manager to lead crew members in delivering WOW customer service. You will train staff, oversee daily operations, and help drive sales while controlling expenses.

You may open or close the store, handle cash, and ensure policies are followed to maintain a smooth, friendly shopping experience. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, at least 1 year of management experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent. College experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and think creatively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Operates cash register, computer, and mobile devices with accuracy and efficiency.
• Oversees daily store activities and guest service, acting as Manager on Duty as needed.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking of new merchandise for the sales floor.
• Maintains store cleanliness, safety, and secure cash handling during opening/closing procedures.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates to improve performance and policy knowledge.
• Works with leadership to drive sales, manage expenses, and optimize merchandising.
