Job summary

Five Below is hiring an hourly crew member to support daily operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will assist with receiving, stocking, and merchandising while helping manage store activities and open/close procedures as needed.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, 1 year of management experience, and strong communication skills. Flexible scheduling is available, with opportunities to learn and advance within the team.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent is required.
• College experience preferred for candidate development.
• Minimum of 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers with fast, friendly service at checkout.
• Trains crew on BEST customer service and store policies.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates.
• Receives, unpacks, and stocks new inventory efficiently.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed and manages store operations.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service.
