This role supports daily store operations, merchandising, onboarding, and guest experience. You may act as Manager on Duty and must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and friendly service.
• Trains crew on BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates to ensure strong performance.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking and stocking of new merchandise.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, managing store operations and staff.
• Occasionally opens or closes the store, secures cash and sets alarms.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising and World Recovery processes.
• Performs store maintenance including cleaning and stock room upkeep.
