lululemon in Walden Galleria is seeking a Guest Experience Lead for a seasonal contract. You will lead the guest experience on the shop floor, delivering technical product education and guiding team members to meet daily sales targets.

As part of store leadership, you will support hiring decisions and act as Supervisor on Duty when needed. You will drive an inclusive guest experience, coach team members, and ensure store readiness and operational excellence across shifts, including mornings,

Qualifikationen

• 1 year retail or guest experience (e.g., guest resolution)
• Experience in leading or mentoring others
• Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation

Aufgaben

• Lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty to drive guest experience and store performance
• Provide technical product education to guests and teammates
• Oversee or provide product education to meet guest needs
• Participate in store hiring, onboarding, and training
• Give direct feedback and recognition to team members to support development
• Address performance and support learning and development
• Open and close the store following procedures
• Review daily data to track progress toward sales goals
• Create an inclusive and productive team environment
• Maintain operational excellence during shifts
