Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Seasonal Guest Experience Lead at Promenade at Westlake to guide on-floor guest interactions and product education.

As part of the store leadership team, you will drive daily sales, mentor teammates, and coordinate staffing while ensuring an inclusive, high-energy shopping environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience (e.g., guest resolution, navigating difficult conversations)
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to establish an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
• Provide technical product education to guests.
• Assist in store hiring decisions and supervise on duty (SOD).
• Review daily business data and metrics to track sales goals.
• Open and close the store according to procedures.
• Coach and support team development and performance.
• Foster a respectful and collaborative team environment.
