Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the store location.
• Travel to assigned store with reliable transportation.
• 1 year people management experience.
• 1 year leadership experience in operations and administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store team on the floor to deliver quality guest experience.
• Foster inclusive environment and provide direct coaching and feedback.
• Partner with managers to review data and inform planning and hiring.
• Open/close store and ensure safety and compliance.
• Manage delegated budget and labor hours.
