Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members wow the customer through personal contact.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring that each guest has a fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates, ensuring they perform duties effectively and provide excellent customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick stocking on the sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, taking responsibility for store operations, staff management, and urgent issues.
• Opens or closes the store as needed, secures cash, locks doors, and sets alarms.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.

Education
