Responsibilities

• Ensures crew members wow customers through personal contact.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly check-out.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures excellent customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking and organizing new stock for fast stock placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and oversees store operations, staff, and safety.
