Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew WOWs the customer through personal contact.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring fast, friendly check-out.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates, ensuring performance and service quality.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to move items to sales floor quickly.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations, staff management and urgent issues.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms for smooth daily ops.
• Support onboarding and training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and team performance.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and World Recovery procedures.
• Perform store maintenance including cleaning and stock room upkeep.
