Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Store Manager on Duty to lead daily operations and deliver WOW customer service. You will supervise associates, train crews, manage cash procedures, and coordinate visual merchandising to drive sales while maintaining a clean, organized store.

The role requires at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment. Denver-area location with flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking and ability to remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and training crews.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly check-out.
• Oversees daily store activities and staff performance.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking on the floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and handles store operations, staff, and issues.
• Opens/closes the store, secures cash, locks doors, and sets alarms.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Maintains stock room and store cleanliness.
