Job summary

Five Below is seeking an experienced retail leader to supervise crew, ensure outstanding customer service, and manage daily store operations in Ohio. The role includes opening/closing duties, training, and driving sales while controlling costs.

Qualifications include at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew wows customers through personal contact.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly check-out.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and organizing new stock for fast placement on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, responsible for store operations and staff management.
• Occasionally manage opening/closing, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, and prep for daily operation.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising procedures and operations.
