Job summary

Five Below is hiring an energetic store supervisor to oversee daily operations and deliver WOW customer service. As a manager-on-duty, you’ll guide associates, manage opening and closing duties, and ensure merchandise is inviting and accessible for customers in the Columbus, OH area.

You will train staff, optimize sales through merchandising, and maintain store standards. A high school diploma is required, and at least one year of supervisory experience is preferred for this hourly role.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Frequently operates cash register, computer, hand-held, phone, walkie, and mobile devices.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure excellent customer service.
• Open/close store operations and secure cash, doors, and alarms.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep floor stocked.
• Train and onboard associates on store policies and procedures.
