Job summary

Five Below seeks an experienced manager to lead a high-energy store team in delivering fast, friendly service and a WOW customer experience. You will oversee daily operations, train associates, and ensure policies are followed while safeguarding assets and ensuring a smooth opening and closing routine.

The role requires 1+ year of management, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent; college experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Wows the customer through personal contact at checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates; ensure duties performed and customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, organizing new stock; place on sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty; handle store operations, staff, customer service and urgent issues.
• Open or close the store; secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, prep daily operations.
