Job summary

Five Below is seeking a capable store associate in Southlake, TX to lead daily operations, oversee staff, and ensure a top-tier customer experience. The role involves opening/closing the store, cash handling, and daily merchandising tasks.

You will train and onboard associates, drive sales, manage expenses, and partner with leadership on merchandising and standards. A high school diploma and management experience are preferred for this hourly, full-time role.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact at checkout and beyond.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures excellent customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep shelves full and organized.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staff.
• Opens or closes the store as needed, including cash handling and security checks.
