Job summary

Five Below in Euless, TX is hiring a Seasonal Support Lead for part-time hours. You will train crew, oversee daily activities, and ensure fast, friendly checkout experiences for guests.

As Manager on Duty when needed, you’ll handle opening/closing, cash security, and store operations while supporting onboarding and ongoing training. Strong communication and multitasking are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and remain composed under pressure.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store activities and ensure top customer service.
• Train crew on BEST customer service and check-out efficiency.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking shelves.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, and set alarms.
• Assist with onboarding and ongoing associate training.
• Drive sales and manage expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Coordinate with store leadership on merchandising procedures.
